HP IZE version 1.0 was built from scratch and was launched in June 2004 in six different languages worldwide.
There have been five versions of the HP Photosmart Essential/HP Image Zone Express software.
The software is bundled with HP printers, scanners, paper and ink and distributed in numerous languages worldwide.
