Please follow these steps to download and install Preclick PhotoBack for HP Image Zone Express/HP Photosmart Essential:

1. Ensure you have HP Image Zone Express version 1.5 or HP Photosmart Essential 1.8 or 1.9 installed.

   To download HP Image Zone Express/Photosmart Essential, click here.

2. Download and Install Preclick PhotoBack. If you need to download Preclick PhotoBack, go here:
   http://www.preclick.com/download_photoback.php?site=tipinstall

3. When the PhotoBack installation is completed and HP Image Zone Express/Photosmart Essential launches, you can access PhotoBack via the Create tab or by clicking the backup button to the left of the HP help button.

4. The first time you use the software, you will be prompted to register the software.

5. To permanently unlock the software, enter your email address and your unique unlock code (which you got when purchasing the software) in the unlock screen and submit. If you lost your unlock code, go here:
