The following are known issues with Preclick PhotoBack™ Plug-in version 1.10.0.15
Locate your version number by clicking the PhotoBack help button on the PhotoBack Backup screen or PhotoBack Burn or Copy screen in the HP Image Zone Express Create tab.

• Preclick PhotoBack 1.10.0.15 is not compatible with Windows Vista ™.
• The Preclick PhotoBack™ software can only burn photos to a DVD once no matter if you close the disc or leave the session opened.
• Dual-layer DVD burning is not supported at this time.
• Images with foreign characters in their names can cause the program to crash. It is recommended that you ensure that no image has foreign characters in their name before performing a backup of all your photos.
• For CD and DVD burning, the Estimated Time is just that, an estimate. Actual time will vary based on the number of images you are burning, the size of the files, the speed of your CD or DVD burner, your computer configuration and the type of media you are burning.
• In some instances, for external DVD burners, Preclick PhotoBack can only burn CDs and not DVDs. This issue has not been seen using internal DVD burners.
• Choosing to shrink large amounts of photos to screenview size can cause an error if you do not have enough available virtual memory.
• If you are burning a large amout of photos that require more than one CD or DVD, you need to have the option to leave the session open set to "No".
